The Butcher Shop
Meat cutting and processing can be arranged on site. We are equiped with a professional grade meat saw, meat grinder, mixer, sausage stuffer and all the needed neccesities. I'm no professional meat cutter but if you don't mind throwing in a hand, we can work something out. For those of you who require professional cuts, we may be able to arrange a qualified butcher depending on his availability at the time.
Hanging your animal in an insulated cool storage can be provided for a minimal fee. Feel free to use our smoker, do-it-yourself and your charge will be no more than the cost of wood chips and propane.
